Privacy Policy

We process account details such as your email, profile name, photo, interests and skills; the videos, photos, stories and comments you upload; messages and collaboration activity; and personal items such as notes, ideas, tasks, goals and projects. AI conversations and saved memories are also stored when you use those tools.

Information is used to sign you in, provide and synchronize the service, display content to its permitted audience, deliver notifications, personalize suggestions when enabled and protect against misuse. Technical records such as error reports, usage events and security activity may be processed to maintain reliability and safety.

Personal items start private by default. Your chosen visibility determines which other members can access supported items. Profile photos can be viewed by signed-in members. Messages are available to their participants. Public sharing, downloads and screenshots may create copies outside PEKO that your later privacy changes cannot recall.

Authorized service providers process information needed for hosting, storage, sign-in, email and AI. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to address abuse and protect people. Private-by-default does not mean end-to-end encrypted.

When you ask PEKO AI a question, your prompt and relevant context may be sent to an AI service provider to produce an answer. Settings lets you control AI personalization and access to your private context. Enabling private context may include relevant notes, tasks, goals and other personal items. Avoid submitting information you do not have permission to share.

You can clear Companion chat history and review or delete saved memories using the available controls. AI output may contain errors.

Camera and microphone access are requested for recording or LIVE. Photos and files you select are uploaded for the action you choose. Browser storage keeps sign-in sessions and preferences. Your browser and device settings can revoke permissions or clear stored data; doing so may sign you out.

Use Privacy & Safety in Settings to change visibility, manage AI preferences, block or mute members, download available account data and request account deletion. The current export does not necessarily include every record. Account deletion removes the account and associated records according to the current cleanup process; uploaded files, backups or legally required records may remain. It does not remove copies already saved by other people.

Retention periods, service-provider locations and the final process for privacy-rights requests must be confirmed before this policy is finalized. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information.
