Terms of Service

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and do not impersonate another person. Use the service only where you are legally permitted to do so. The minimum age, applicable parental-consent requirements and operator details must be confirmed before these terms are finalized.

You retain ownership of content you create. By uploading content, you grant PEKO permission to store, process and display it as needed to operate the service according to your visibility choices. This includes authorized service providers acting on our behalf.

Upload only content you own or have permission to use, including music, images and recordings of other people. Availability of a song on another platform does not grant permission to use it here. Downloads and external shares may leave copies outside your control.

Do not harass, threaten, exploit, scam or unlawfully discriminate against people. Do not publish illegal material, another person’s private information without permission, or content that infringes rights. Do not manipulate followers, verification or engagement; send spam; bypass access controls; or disrupt the service.

Use existing report and block controls to address abuse. Content or accounts may be restricted or removed to enforce these terms, protect users or meet legal requirements. A formal appeals contact must be supplied before finalization.

AI answers and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check important information independently and do not rely on AI for professional legal, medical or financial advice.

A verification badge reflects PEKO’s platform criteria; it is not an endorsement or a guarantee of identity, expertise or trustworthiness. Publishing content does not guarantee views, virality, collaborators, income or other outcomes.

The current PEKO social app does not require a purchase and has no active in-app subscriptions, creator payouts or marketplace checkout. Any future paid service must show prices, billing terms and applicable refund rules before purchase.

You are responsible for agreements made independently with other members. Do not treat messages, opportunities or project invitations as guaranteed employment or payment.

Features may be interrupted for maintenance, errors or circumstances beyond our control. Keep your own copies of important work. You can stop using PEKO and request account deletion through Settings. Removing an account cannot recall copies shared or downloaded elsewhere.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any final limitations of liability must comply with applicable law.

The registered operator, contact address, effective date, governing law and dispute-resolution process are awaiting confirmation and legal review. This draft does not select a court or waive your statutory rights. Changes will be reflected in the published terms.
